In our Presidency, a Department Head, a Branch Manager, four Instructors, an Engineer, a Technician, a Computer Operator, and three Permanent Workers, making a total of 12 personnel, are on duty.
Our Duties;
-To establish, operate, maintain, and repair the information processing system in cooperation with the university's central and external units (Rectorate, Faculty, Vocational School, Institute, Research Centers, and other units), or to have these services carried out together with the relevant units.
- -To determine the principles of coordination and cooperation between university units regarding information processing studies and projects.
- -To make arrangements in parallel with the principles determined by the university regarding the procurement, installation, maintenance, and repair of information systems within the scope of information technologies with the rectorate's central and external units, and to carry out or have these maintenance and repair works done when deemed necessary.
- -To establish the necessary hardware and infrastructure for the electronic information, document, and workflow system in accordance with developments in information technology, to develop and implement or have these projects implemented.
- -To ensure online and offline data flow and coordination between systems on national and international scales in matters within the university's scope of duties.
- -To monitor developments in information technology and provide opinions and suggestions on their transfer to the university.
- -To carry out and implement the necessary studies for information sharing, data collection, publication, and e-mail, etc., transactions over the internet for the university's central and external units.
- -To ensure and improve the security of the university's data and information, and to announce these to university staff and students.
- -To monitor, measure, and audit the implementation of data security policies.
